Director of Product working in Medicaid data infrastructure. I lead product for a suite of data tools used by state and federal agencies in the healthcare space.

Before product, I spent years as a data engineer building data quality systems for state Medicaid programs. I think about the boring middle of healthcare infrastructure: what happens after the contract is signed and before the dashboard ships.

These days I'm interested in how AI changes the practice of building enterprise software, how small product teams ship faster than they should be able to, and how to make government contracting tools that don't feel like government contracting tools.

Outside work: family in Virginia, CrossFit, slowly learning Rust and Go by building this site on a Raspberry Pi sitting on a desk somewhere in Midlothian.
